Tamar Shepherds Hut is a modern style glamping unit with both an ensuite bathroom and a fully equipped country-style kitchen.  

The double wall bed is space-saving to which you have the choice to keep it down for ease or store away to allow for ample space to sit and enjoy your surroundings.

There are 4 box seats that can be used as your seating area and storage for your belongings as well as having the capacity to turn into one small single bed (suitable for a child).

The bathroom/wet room is fully equipped with a hot shower, sink, eco composting toilet and underfloor heating. On those colder nights you can light the cosy log burner next to the bed and really set the ambiance.

Tamar hut has a stepped access to the front door and comes with its own outside seating area looking out to our picturesque sea view!  

(Our shepherd's hut has been designed to be accessible for wheelchair users. A ramp can be added for access).

Kick back and enjoy the rolling hills and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean in this spacious and comfortable 5m opal dome.

Our *new* Opal Hypedome is a unique glamping dome which can sleep up to 4 people. It turns a beautiful opal colour when the light hits to give you that unique glamping experience whilst also being able to stargaze at night. Its shape made up of hexagon panels allows an uninterrupted prime view of our Atlantic sunsets and night sky.

The furnished dome comes with bed linen, cosy blankets and towels for your stay at Atlantic Horizons. Just outside the tent is it's own kitchen shack shelter with a twin-burner gas hob, crockery, cutlery and cool box (freezer blocks can be exchanged in the main washroom).

Finally, wash away the sand from your feet and sun cream from your eyes in your very own rustic eco-washroom with its compost toilet and hot shower.

There is also a fire bowl and seating outside the tent for you to sit back, toast  marshmallows and star gaze on clear evenings. This unit can be made accessible with some portable ramps allowing access for wheelchair users.

Oversized camping pitches with views across the valley to the Atlantic Ocean. 

Our camping area is located in the top field with amazing views across the valley and down to the coastline. We have 5 large pitches available, each with their own allocated basic Eco -washroom which includes a compost toilet and battery-operated shower. Our aim is to provide you with a relaxed and memorable camping experience. Whilst we hope you can appreciate our “back to nature” approach with our individual eco-washrooms, if it is a little too far fetched for you, please feel free to use our main washroom with hot shower and two flushable toilets. We have adapted one of the eco-washrooms in the camping field with grab rails to help anyone who requires additional support when using the bathroom facilities.

Piran Glamping Tipi is set in the corner of the meadow, looking out over the rolling hills of the North Cornwall and Devon countryside. You can soak up the golden sunsets as they nestle on the Atlantic Horizon through the valley. 

 

A grand wooden doorway invites you in to this spacious, comfortable space with rustic beds and contemporary furnishings that make up the cosy interior.

 

The compact kitchen unit brings simplicity to the evening cooking, allowing you to sit back on the decking and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your surroundings. 

 

At the back of the decking you will find your own eco wash facilities with a compost toilet and hot running shower, allowing you to wash away the sand between your toes before enjoying an evening around a campfire toasting marshmallows.

This beautiful and unique tent is simple in design, yet breathtaking in their appearance and function. Huge windows allow 360 degree views of the natural environment which all of us here at Atlantic Horizons enjoy. It boasts a large transparent skylight allowing you to gaze at the stars in the evening. North Cornwall is renowned for its clear nights and with no artificial light to break up the night sky you can lie back and enjoy the view.

Glamping  with a difference, this panorama style tent features a curved birch wood framework covered by canvas and an all weather fabric meaning you'll be super snug in any weather. 

Bespoke contemporary wood kitchen fittings and shower room, together with soft furnishings to give the perfect space to enjoy a relaxing break with family and friends. Step out of your stargazer into a private decking, and take in the views.

 A covered porch over your decking, allows you to relax and pop the BBQ on for that outdoor experience.

New for 2024, we are delighted to offer two new Tiny Homes to Atlantic Horizons. 

This tranquil setting is perfectly placed to allow guests to completely relax and unwind in nature, whilst being just minutes from Bude town and the surrounding beaches.

Staying in a Tiny Home does not mean you have dolls house sized amenities - all kitchens and bathrooms are kitted out with full size appliances.

Towels and bedlinen provided along with tea and coffee facilities. 

Kick back and relax on your own private decking, enjoy a sunset bbq and sit around an open fire as you take in the night sky. 

This tiny home can cater up to four people with one double bed and one twin room upstairs and the potential for a sofa bed for those that need a little extra sleeping space. 

Being a smaller site Atlantic Horizons lends itself very well for exclusive hire and we host family groups, wellness retreats and Corporate getaways.

Well behaved dogs are a part of the family so we welcome them here on site.
